Lamy recommends no ministerial meeting by the end of this year

Director-General Pascal Lamy, at an informal meeting of heads of delegations on 12 December 2008, recommended that unless there would be dramatic changes in the next 48 hours “we do not convene ministers to finalize modalities by the end of the year”.
