Sir Graeme Harrison (chair) Graeme Harrison is the founder and chairman of ANZCO Foods Ltd, a New Zealand based multinational company. After 20 years as ANZCO's managing director, he removed himself from daily management in 2004. He remains managing director of Itoham New Zealand Ltd. Graeme also serves on the boards of Sealord Group Ltd and Westland Milk Products.		John Loughlin John Louglin is chairman of global kiwifruit marketer ZESPRI International Limited. He is also Chairman of Allied Farmers Limited, Allied Nationwide Finance Limited and Tru-Test Corporation Limited, and is a Director of Metlifecare Limited, Port of Napier Limited, Kermadec Property Fund Limited, Taupo Motorsport Park Limited, and Centralines Limited. He is also an Issuer Appointee to NZX Discipline.
Kerry Francis Kerry Francis is the Executive General Manager, Institutional Banking and Markets (NZ), responsible for the CBA Groups Corporate and Institutional client business in New Zealand, including Global Markets, Transaction Banking and Economics. Kerry has over 30 years experience in Banking and Financial Markets. He joined ASB in 1986 and has held a range of treasury and financial markets roles prior to being appointed to his current position in April 2010.		Malcolm Bailey Malcolm Bailey was elected to the Board of the Fonterra Co-operative Group in 2004, and is a member of Fonterra's Audit, Finance and Risk Committee, Shareholder Relations Committee, External Relations Committee and the Milk Price Working Group. Malcolm is Fonterra's representative on the International Food and Agriculture Trade Policy Council. He is also a Director of Embryo Technologies Ltd, Hawke's Bay Dairies Ltd, Hopkins Farming Group Ltd, Agrico Holdings Ltd, Grand Bend Ltd and The Taonui Land Company Ltd. Malcolm is a former National President of Federated Farmers and a former Fonterra Shareholders' Councillor. He has served as a Special Agricultural Trade Envoy for the New Zealand Government and an External Monetary Policy Adviser to the Reserve Bank.
Phil O'Reilly Phil O'Reilly is chief executive of Business NZ, New Zealand's largest business advocacy organisation. Phil is also chair of the Commercialisation of Research Action Group and the Massey University Business Advisory Group and is joint chair of the Manufacturing Action Group and the Workplace Health & Safety Council.		Mike Petersen Mike Petersen is the chairman of Beef + Lamb New Zealand, the New Zealand Meat Board and Wool Research Organisation of New Zealand. He also represents Beef + Lamb New Zealand on the Meat Promotion Group (MPG) and is a member of the New Zealand Sheep Council.
Peter Clark Peter Clark is the Chief Executive of PF Olsen Ltd that provides forestry, harvesting, log marketing and related services for multiple clients in New Zealand and Australia. Activities cover over 160,000 ha of plantation forest and 2.5 million m3/annum harvest. Peter also serves on the Executive Council of New Zealand Forest Owners Association and is an active member of the Korea New Zealand Business Council.		Michael Barnett Michael Barnett is Chief Executive of the Auckland Regional Chamber of Commerce & Industry and a Director of the NZ Chambers of Commerce & Industry. He is chairman of the Equal Employment Opportunities Trust and the Auckland Children's Christmas Parade Trust. He is an elected member of the Auckland Regional Council and a Director of Willis NZ, International Risk Management Consultants and Insurance Brokers.
